Revision Policy
Revisions may be requested within the scope defined in the original agreement. BooksWriterUSA will continue revisions until agreed requirements are met. No additional charges apply unless the original concept or direction is altered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable if: a discounted package was purchased; the primary concept has been approved; revisions have been requested; the project has entered production phase; or the client has failed to communicate for more than 14 consecutive days.
Confidentiality
All projects are handled under strict confidentiality. We sign comprehensive NDAs before beginning any work. All staff are contractually bound to complete confidentiality.
Copyright
Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights are fully transferred to the client. BooksWriterUSA retains no rights to your work.
