REVISION POLICY
The allotted number of revisions is based on the selected package. Revisions may be requested only within the scope defined in the original agreement. Books Writer USA will continue revisions as outlined in the package until the agreed requirements are met. No additional charges will apply unless the original concept, scope, or direction is altered. Revised deliverables will be provided within 48 hours, subject to workload and project complexity.
Any changes or revisions requested after final approval of designs, drafts, layouts, websites, manuscripts, or publishing files will be treated as a new order and charged separately.
REFUND POLICY
Books Writer USA maintains a comprehensive refund policy. Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- A discounted, promotional, or special package has been purchased.
- The primary concept, outline, draft, design, or strategy has been approved.
- Revisions or modifications have been requested or delivered.
- The project has entered the execution, development, editing, or production phase.
- The cancellation request is due to reasons not attributable to Books Writer USA.
- The client has failed to communicate, respond, or provide required feedback or materials for more than 14 consecutive days.
- Any violation of company policies or terms has occurred.
- A third-party service provider has been engaged for the same project.
- The creative brief, manuscript, content, or required assets were incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed.
- A material change in project scope, concept, or direction has been requested after initiation.
- The refund request exceeds the permitted request timeframe.
- The business is closing, restructuring, or changing ownership or branding.
- Personal or internal reasons including change of mind, budget limitations, or partner disagreements.
- For bundled services, including logo design, website development, book editing, book publishing, and marketing, any refund—if approved—shall apply solely to the unused portion of the service and not the full bundle.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Services including but not limited to website development, book editing, proofreading, formatting, publishing submissions, marketing campaigns, SEO, social media marketing, domain registration, copyrights, trademarks, hosting services, paid plugins, SSL, and security services are non-refundable once initiated.
- Website development services are non-refundable once designs, layouts, or structures have been approved and development has commenced.
- Book editing, publishing, and marketing services are non-refundable once manuscripts, files, or campaigns have been reviewed, edited, formatted, submitted, or scheduled.
- Refund requests will not be entertained once any design, draft, website, manuscript, or publishing submission has been approved.
- A partial refund, not exceeding 25%, may be considered only if the client fails to provide the initial brief, manuscript, or required materials within 10 days of order placement.

- Revisions are provided within the limits of the selected package.
- All efforts are made to align deliverables with approved requirements.
- Project completion is based on mutual adherence to agreed scope and timelines.
DELIVERY POLICY
- Final deliverables will be shared through the registered account or email on or before the confirmed delivery date.
- Turnaround time is based on the selected package, with a minimum of two business days.
- Expedited services may be available upon request and additional charges.
RECORD MAINTENANCE
Books Writer USA retains records of completed projects for reference and retrieval in case of data loss or client request.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Customer support is available 24/7 to address inquiries related to active projects and services.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
- Books Writer USA is not responsible for communications conducted outside official email domains or approved contact numbers.
- Any damages arising from unofficial communication channels will not be the responsibility of the company.
- Project reactivation charges may apply if the client remains unresponsive for 45 consecutive days.
- All official information is communicated exclusively through Books Writer USA’s authorized channels.
